Shipping and Delivery Our shipping department manages all logistics to ensure the safe delivery of your LiteZilla products from our workshop to your location. If your location has a loading dock, the carrier will deliver the shipment there. Otherwise, our standard delivery service includes lift-gate delivery to the exterior of the building. Customers are responsible for unpacking, transporting items inside, and disposing of shipping materials. Most products are packed in large wooden shipping crates. Smaller items may be shipped on wooden pallets, so we suggest arranging crate disposal prior to delivery. Mini orders or accessory-only orders ship via FedEx. White-glove delivery service, including interior transport and material disposal, is available in select areas. Please contact us for details and to arrange the most suitable delivery options for your location. We ship our products internationally with both sea and air transport options. Our freight department specialists in freight, custom brokerage, export, and compliance make your shipping experience as seamless as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and crate size.

Installation Installation is the client’s responsibility. LiteZilla provides comprehensive installation guides for each product, which are available after placing an order or by contacting us. Our team also offers phone or video-call support to assist with the installation process. For certain products, optional installation services can be arranged for an additional fee, assessed individually.
